What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and selected surrounding areas, however are always available to discuss delivery further afield and therefore if you require delivery outside of our current options, please Contact Us.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery starts from just £2.50 within the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area. There is also a free collection option available from the warehouse in Unit 18, Elliott Rd, West Howe Industrial Estate, Bournemouth BH11 8LZ.

Who will deliver my order?

All our deliveries are delivered personally by 'Mr Toadstall' himself, Simon (although occasionally 'Sister Toadstall', Claire, may lend a hand).

When will my delivery arrive?

We aim to complete all deliveries within 5 days of ordering. Where possible, we group deliveries together or fulfil when we are in the area (e.g. for a market). This helps us keep emissions and running costs low, allowing us to pass these savings onto our customers.

Do you offer faster delivery options?

We are able to offer same day, and next day delivery in some circumstances, for more details, please Contact Us.

Can I track my delivery?

Sadly, we are unable to offer this service.

How will I know when my delivery is coming, to ensure I am in?

All our deliveries are door-stop drops, so there is no need to wait in. We always aim to leave your delivery in a safe spot, away from view. If you wish us to leave your delivery in a specific safe place, please Contact Us first to ensure this will be possible.

Can I collect instead?

We are happy for you to collect if you prefer, the simplest way to do this is to purchase online and collect from our warehouse. The warehouse address is Unit 18, Elliott Rd, West Howe Industrial Estate, Bournemouth BH11 8LZ.
